The Rio Rancho Raptors are looking for a Youth Program Lead!
As we continue growing lacrosse in our community, we’re excited to begin planning a Youth Lacrosse Program for Spring 2026. We are seeking a passionate and organized individual who would like to spearhead the development and launch of this program.

This volunteer role will help shape the future of Rio Rancho lacrosse by building opportunities for our youngest athletes to learn, play, and fall in love with the game. If you have experience working with youth sports, a love for lacrosse, or simply a desire to help grow the sport in our city, we’d love to talk with you.
